Terms & Conditions

1. Who is ViteConf?

ViteConf is legally operated by Devworld Conference Global L.L.C-FZ, registered under the United Arab Emirates Freezone License number:2420414. Our business address is Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).

The Organizer is responsible for organizing technology-focused conferences (hereinafter: the “Conference” or “Conferences”).

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply when you register for or purchase a ticket to any of our Conferences. By doing so, you enter into a contract with the Organizer and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Definitions

Attendee: Any person (natural or legal) who registers or purchases a ticket for the Conference.
Ticket: Proof of registration and admission for participation in the Conference.
Website: The official website where registration or ticket purchase occurs.

3. Registration

3.1 Registration is open to all individuals and businesses via our Website.

3.2 Attendees must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.

4. Payment

4.1 Invoices are issued by the Organizer and are payable within 28 days. Corporate or group invoice payments are available upon request.

4.2 Other payment methods may be added in the future and will be subject to the terms of the respective payment providers.

4.3 Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT will be added at checkout or on the invoice in accordance with Dutch tax law.

4.4 The Organizer may request proof of payment to resolve payment-related issues.

5. Refunds and Transfers

5.1 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

5.2 Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 30 days before the event by contacting hello@viteconf.amsterdam.

5.3 Tickets are for personal or business use only. Resale for commercial gain is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

6. Changes and Cancellations

6.1 The Organizer may change the date or location of the Conference. In such cases, Attendees will be notified by email. If the new date or location is not acceptable, a full refund may be requested within 15 days of notification.

6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the event program (e.g., speaker changes) and will strive to offer substitutes of similar quality.

6.3 In case of cancellation due to force majeure (see section 11), the Organizer will issue full refunds within one month of notice.

7. Access and Conduct

7.1 Access is only granted with a valid ticket and ID. Badges must be worn at all times and are non-transferable.

7.2 The Organizer may refuse admission or remove any Attendee in breach of the Code of Conduct or engaging in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.

7.3 Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in expulsion without refund and possible reporting to authorities.

8. Promotion and Communication

8.1 Attendees agree to receive updates, marketing, and logistical communication via email or social media from the Organizer.

9. Privacy and Data

9.1 The Organizer will protect all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Privacy Policy found on our Website.

9.2 By registering, you consent to the use of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and Insurance

10.1 The Conference is provided “as is.” The Organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation.

10.2 The Organizer is not responsible for loss, injury, or damages to persons or property during the event.

10.3 Attendees are advised to arrange their own travel and event insurance.

10.4 The Organizer is not liable for delays, errors, program changes, venue issues, or third-party services.

11. Force Majeure

The Organizer is not liable for cancellation or delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, travel disruptions, or government actions.

12. Intellectual Property and Media

12.1 All content and trademarks related to the Conference are the property of the Organizer, its sponsors, or speakers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12.2 Attendees may take photos and videos for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise restricted by the Organizer.

12.3 By attending, you consent to being recorded (photo, video, audio) for use in marketing and promotional materials without compensation.

12.4 You agree not to publish any false, discriminatory, or defamatory content on Conference platforms or social media.

13. Anti-Fraud and Ticket Integrity

13.1 Tickets purchased via unauthorized channels or resold for profit may be invalidated.

13.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any tickets obtained through fraudulent or suspicious means.

14. Changes to Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website and communicated to registered Attendees if relevant.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, unless otherwise required by law.
